Training on Customer Service and Etiquette in Hospitality Industry  

On 18th and 19th of November 2015, Training on ‘Customer Service and Etiquette in Hospitality Industry’ was conducted at EcoVillage Tsiepama by resource persons from YouthNet and organised by Zynorique Initiatives. The Resource team comprised of Nune Chase, Medo Kense and Sulika. The Participants were mainly from Tsiepama Village and surrounding areas such as Medziphema, Piphema and Kiruphema.
